Contacting UPS is easy. Getting them to give you any info or help you out is yet another story. As for Amazon, after not receiving a response to my first inquiry within 24 hours I’ve submitted another. No phone number that I can find anywhere on their site either…..
All this just to save $20 on a book…. ($41 online with free shipping and $59 in the store + 6% tax).
