A few tid-bits

Another Ashcroft screwup?
Hardly. While I have some issues with Ashcroft he is largely for law and order and enforces the law. This is the current law and legislation is underway to make sure it stays that way.

The subverting of Democracy by Federal judges is known to all, though some ignore, try to hide it and call us “liars” because this “judicial activism” goes along with their own agenda.

It amazes me what the Democrats consider a ‘repulsive’ political ad considering their many years of professional mud-slinging. Worse though, the ad isn’t mud-slinging, it’s setting the record straight. One of my few gripes with the Repubs is their hesitency to call a spade a spade, a liar a liar or a traitor a traitor

Occassionally something we have been saying for years is proven to be correct. In the most recent example Andrew Sullivan tackles gun control’s shaky empirical foundation. That’s “shakey” in the understated British sense of “shakey” whic h is little more than a polite way of saying fraud.

The EU is holding themselves up as the example for the world while having the gall (or is that Gaul?) to chastise the United States and others over their policies on self-defense, human rights, etc. But something EU has yet to figure out is the US’s habit of airing our dirty laundry for the entire world. Until the EU is willing to do the same with their own darkly stained basked (EU body shelves report on anti-semitism) they can expect us to simply ignore their “suggestions”.

Dell to bring some jobs back home I know I am personally glad for this. The last few issues we had with Dell systems were literal nightmares to resolve because the Dell “techs” were ignorant.
