MS Is Backing SCO’s Attempt to Destroy Linux
Not that this is a surprise to anyone. But while the Fed targets Martha Stewart MS, through SCO, is attempting to destroy any remaining hope of a competitive marketplace.
If there is any integrity remaining on the US Judicial system legal actions against end users such as AutoZone and Nevada will be dismissed pending the outcome of SCO vs IBM & RedHat. Until then SCO’s allegations are only that, a bunch of MS backed FUD and legal extortion.

Woe to companies that fall into SCO’s trap and pay up just to get it behind them. Giving even the smallest iota of credence to SCO’s claims only increases their appearance of legitacy. Plus if you make any money off the Linux community at large they take a dim view of supporting our enemies.
