Today’s action on SB1805 only reinforces that it’s time to get Evan Bayh OUT and Marvin Scott is the man.

It looks like S1805 gone down in defeat (8/90) taking with it the provisions meant to protect manufacturers from political civil suites meant to bankrupt the firearms industry.
It would appear the whole purpose of the amendments was to poison the bill so we’d get it killed, as we did.
