EPA Power Grab
If President Bush wants truely wants to spur economic growth he should star by reigning in the EPA bureaucrats. The economic impact that will be incurred for such a fractional percentage could well devastate some of these counties.
I know that some of the listed counties here in Indiana have miniscule populations compared to their neighbors yet their neighbors are not listed. Boone & Green counties are good examples of those who are going to feel tthe repercusions of an industrial base that doesn’t exist in their county.
Just another benefit of Democratic leadership.
