Infanticide promoter: Bush morally stunted
When I was young it was impressed upon me that every decision effected future decisions. That while a good decision could open up additional options in the future, bad choices would limit my future choices. And just as a string of good choices will continue to offer more clearly defined choices going forward bad choices will exponentially muddy the waters.
Now I’m not going all Zen here. I’m targeting this fixation of the Left on all these “grey” issues, all these non-black & white decisions that must be made. Simple decisions, really, but these are where so many go wrong. It is not that “big decision” that ruins lives nearly as much as the very small one that started a chain of events.
The Left completely denies that personal decision effects the course of ones life. The decisions a person make in their life is never the fault or responsibility of the decision maker in their view. And it has taken many years of subversion in such areas as medicine, education, justice and politics to make this poisonous “no-fault” philophy so prominent in todays society, but prominent it is.
According to the Left nothing is as “simplistic” as the Right and specifically President Bush, believe. Straight forward thinking repulses the Left the world over because it marks their own lives as dismal failures and their own decisions the wrong decisions were they ever to concede the fact.
Every day we see it in the papers, in the lives of our co-workers and our neighbors. We see another crime committed, another no-fault divorce granted, another child murdered in the name of “reproductive freedom”. We see in the “boys will be boys” parental attitudes and the criminal actions of educators that graduate ignorant students. We see the treasonous actions of politicians who can only advance when America and her Citizens loose through insane policies of inaction, indecision, “tolerance” and a tortured view of Freedom and Liberalism.
So you’ll have to excuse me if I think Princeton Professor Peter Singer is wrong and dangerous.
