Massachusetts Gun Owners Sell Their Souls
Massachusetts has passed a measure that ban assault weapons that basically mirrors the 1994 ban that is due to expire this September. But it looks like there was more to the bill and that it was at least partially supported by Massachusetts gun owners. Gun friendly provisions include extending the term of the state gun license and creating a board to review misdemeanors for rights restoration.
It seems to me that if Massachusetts citizens who have been convicted or plead guilty to a misdemeanor cannot own a firearm Massachusetts has bigger problems. And the Lib’s trash President Bush over civil liberties encroachment? Ha!
