Always Look First

It pays to look into the top of trees before you start shaking them.

To their credit I asked for it. I walk under them every time I go check my targets down range and they’d not bothered. . Good thing I “found” them before I mowed that area again.

I counted about a dozen stings plus a possible bruised rib where I took a nasty spill running away and slipped in the wet grass and landed right on the left side of my chest. Remember those old Wile E. Coyote cartoons where old Wile E. comes to a skidding hault - nose in the dirt and his behind over him, feet in the air? Yep, that was me… ;(
