Indiana’s 7th District
Andy Horning is taking on Julia Carson for Indiana’s 7th district. Of course Ms Carson has done her usual disappearing act as debate offers come in. If she debates anyone I’ll be greatly surprised.
Marvin Scott tried for this district awhile back and couldn’t pull it off. It seems the dead frequently turn out to vote in this district. And often switch from Republicans to Democrats after their internment. Funny thing, that.
