House Spyware Bill
It’s actually quite amazing there aren’t laws against installing malicious spyware on someones computer without their knowledge. I’ve not read this bill yet so I’m not sure if it will be good or bad as sometimes the “protection” comes at too high a price. But on it’s surface the installation of any software on someones computer system without their express permission should punishable by deatlh.
