So you’re a police chief in Oakland. You’re running DUI roadblocks and besides drunks you’re catching a lot of illegal hispanics without drivers licenses and insurance. The local hispanic community complains that these check points are “making life miserable for illegal immigrants”. What do you do??

Suspend the checkpoints for a month.
