I actually sat in this backup for an hour and a half before I could get to a section on median where I could do a U turn. Seems the guy stopped mostly on the shoulder for some reason and the accident chain reaction was caused by attempts to avoid hitting the parked vehicle.

Turns out that the United Nations is really twice as greedy and corrupt as reported before the election. It’s really amazing how different the news is post election. Pre-election one would think the world was coming to an end and only the United Nations could save us.
