Here we go again with the old ‘COP killer bullets’ argument for banning a firearm. Thing is armor piercing handgun ammunition is already illegal. Most all rifle rounds like the 5.7×28 will pierce kevlar even when the bullets are constructed of the typical copper covered lead.
