Aspirin vs. Coumadin
It really doesn’t matter which is better in prevention of strokes because only the commercially patentable drug is going to be prescribed. It seems “doctors” today use th diagnoses charts of the drug companies to make their evaluations rather than medical journals. The pharmaceutical companies aren’t blameless here but it is the doctors that write all these expensive prescriptions, not pharmaceutical sales people.
