Ephedra Ban Overturned
I thought maybe I was alone in thinking the ephedra ban was a load of malarchy, the perverbial toe in the water for the FDA to extend their reach into food suplements which they’ve been after for years. Now it looks like a Federal Judge has overturned the ban because the FDA did not show a “preponderance of the evidence as to the harmful effects from the dietary supplement when used as recommended and suggested in the labeling.”
