I don’t know why I still find this so incredible. A COP arrests someone who is not only in the United States illegally, he has serveral sets of false identification papers. The Feds refuse to take this criminal so the locals charge him with trespassing. Now the defense is fighting the charge on grounds the COPs violated the Vienna Convention.
Incredible.
In illegal alien with forged papers that’d put any teenager in jail has more rights that the state.
The Fed had better get off their duffs and do something or there is going to be a 2nd American Revolution very soon.
