It’s not the spammers
Its the idiot end users (and HTML email). Everyone hates spam. If a customer gets more than 3 spams a day they’re beating down my door over the ‘unacceptable’ quantity. But put into place good spam filters and subscribe to open relay black lists, etc, they then beat my door down because their own spammy little newsletters are also blocked. And they wonder why sysadmins become impatient ogres….
