Many of us out here in the heartland have wondered what the big deal was with the Plame “outing” since it’s illegal for a CIA operative to “operate” inside our borders anyway (that’s the pervue of the FBI) so you cannot out someone who isn’t “undercover”. Otherwise Plame isn’t an issue yet they’re making such a fuss over ti. Initially I considered it was yet more of the Liberal’s tossing issues against the wall like spagatti hopeing something would stick.
Now I realize it’s a smokescreen to protect her hubby. And the “fame” sure won’t hurt her but likely has opened many doors.
