Alito & 2nd Amendment?
Rumor has it that in 1996 Judge Alito was the only judge to side wtih the Constitution on the legality of machineguns under the 2nd Amendment. Seems Brady’s crew is up in arms about it - I’ll post the link to the article when I track it down.
Other rumors floating around include that Alito isn’t a Constitutionalist but an Originalist, which all members of the court should be.
