EU states fail to hit Koyoto targets
Fascinating - it wasn’t a secret that the same EU members who bash the US for not joining Koyoto are themselves fail ingto hit emissions targets of their own participation. More amazing is seeing it in an otherwise lefty leaning paper like The Scotsman.
The thing is that while the EU member states have signed on they really had no intention of following it it. Only making the US follow it if they could get us to sign. Call it (the desire for the US to sign) an EU jobs program…. since they’re too stupid to figure out how to have cheap energy they want ours more expensive.
