Appeals Court rules against McDermott
So now Jim McDermott is a felon or at least committed a felonious act, I wonder how long, or if, the ethics committee will notice and how much press it will get? Here a Dem violates the rights of 2 Repubs and all the papers want to talk about is that evil Tom Delay who has had most of the original charges dismissed because the act he was being charged with wasn’t illegal at the time he committed the act. Or is it only the “seriousness of the charge” that matters….
