Cudos El Paso Saddlery
I mentioned before that I’m deciding which leather to put the recently acquired EMF in. After browsing El Paso Saddlery’s website over serveral days I’m down to 3 options and a half dozen questions. So last night I wrote a fairly detailed email to El Paso Saddlery’s published email address explaining what I wanted, for what purpose and what my concerns are between my final 3.
This morning I received a phone call from a gentleman at El Paso Saddlery who explained that he could answer my questions much more easily with a telephone conversation than through email. We spoke for about 10 minutes and he answered all my questions and others I’d not yet thought of.
With this type of customer care is it any wonder that El Paso Saddlery has been in operation since 1889?
