Intersting that the gang attacks in a 2 day Vegas Terror Spree are mainly targeting tourists and facility employees. Could it be because the local man on the street would shoot them?  But those from out of state and on the job are often not able to carry anything for personal defense. Employees because their employer is afraid of getting sued and tourists because the different laws state to state plus the hassles at the airports lead even the most staunch pistol packers to leave it at home rather than deal with roadblocks.
