I’ve read about this a few times but the WND article carries some additional information I’d not yet seen. Anyone who wonders why Bush opposes his own base to refuse to secure our borders has only to read about the SPP agreement to understand why. And as much as the partisan bickering goes on there is no doubt in my mind that anyone who could make it to the White House knows all about it and supports it; including Bill Clinton (NAFTA?) and who ever is elected in 2008, party not withstanding.
