What’s with British women?
In June the police warned British women they should drink less to avoid being raped. The messege must have not soaked in for now they’re trying a different tact - warning them to at least wear knickers to avoid exposing themselves when they fall down drunk on public streets. And getting raped.
Looks like women’s lib is doing well in Britian.
