Bloomberg ‘Stonewalling’ ATF
So Bloomberg is suing some gun dealers for supposedly illegal acts. But at the same time Bloomberg will not give the necessary evidence of criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement agency. Isn’t that obstruction?
But no, it’s not about justice - rather an agenda. Bloomberg may have run and been elected as a Republican, but, even on it’s face we know that’s silly simply on the fact that he was elected in New York city. I hear they still burn conservative Republicans at the stake as heretics.
But I digress. the real target here is getting information back from the ATF since that tap was recently turned off. And they’re holding supposed evidence of criminal actions as hostage.
Knowing what I do of the industry and the law I’d also lay odds that the “evidence” is totally worthless. There is also that Bloomberg has no “standing” other than as a citizen reporting a crime. But that doesn’t play out well in the media and isn’t as big a club to use against gun owners and the Fed.
