Council to Library: Spend More Money
I heard it this morning on the radio, the city council told the Indianapolis Library they should rework their budget in light of an unexpected 3% increase in available cash. Since when is how much you spend to do a job predicated by how much money you have available? Anyway, I could rant about it a bit but the Digital Farmer has saved me the effort.
