Note that the article does not question the fact but states Israel Detonated a Radioactive Bunker Buster Bomb in Lebanon. I can see legitimately asking the question when a bomb crater turns up radioactive. But the lack of other options for the presence of radioactive debris really just turns this into an anti-Israel piece so that when Iran drops a nuke on them it’ll appear justified in the court of world opinion - which we all hold in such regard anyway.. 
But though claiming to be a research piece other options as to why there is radioactive debris in a crater in Lebanon are never offered. Top among possibilities no one wants to consider are that the Hezbollah may have been building dirty bombs. Or that there may have been a illegal enrichment facility operating there. Or that there may have been enriched materials stashed there to get them out of Iraq.
Honest discovery requires an honest look at the possibilities, not just the politically convenient ones.
