After nationalizing Shell’s investment in Russia Putin is not only eying BP’s invesments in Russian energy production. This is especially worrisome when Putin will obviously use energy as a poltical weapon against his neighbors. I guess you can take the thug out of the KGB, but you can’t take the KGB out of the thug.
