A Tale of Two Scientific Consensuses
Nice article at Reason Magazine A Tale of Two Scientific Consensuses on the politicization of “consensus” on two separate issues: Global Warming and GMO’s. Interstingly its another “follow the money” things - there is money in a “consensus” on global warming where as there is money in not having one on genetically modified crops - Monsanto probably employs a lot of scientists - the right kind of scientists. Apparently Exxon-Mobile doesn’t.
