Please… treat all your customers like criminals in a sealed tin with oil and capers then have them arrested on felony charges if they so much as dare to disagree with one of your customer is always a violent terrorist mentality employees then wonder why your business is going into a tail spin?? HA!
If it weren’t for the government monopoly on airline security stupidity making the carriers pretty much all equally bad many of them would be out of business. Were it not for government bailouts and military flights many of them would have been long ago.
Yes, their are good airlines. My 2006 experience with Delta Connection’s method of using multiple regionals into a network was all positive.
But what per capita of idiocy splashed across the headlines does it take? How many times do you have to see a group of 100 people stuck out on the taxiway for 10 hours before you reconsider driving for your next vacation?
