Judge Nixes Oklahoma’s Guns-in-Locked-Cars Law
It seems that OSHA rules trump State law and the Constitution when it comes to politically incorrect issues such as gun control. I’m a huge private property proponent and a huge supporter of business. But there are times when the rights of an individual trump and this is one that can be concisely and logically laid out.
If this ruling stands how long before a mall can disallow customers from leaving their firearms in their vehicle while shopping? (which would be stupid to begin with but most politicians and apparently judges would be in jail if stupid were illegal) So an employee at the mall cannot leave his in the car but were he coming in as a shopper? Then what?

O.K. they obviously need to understand something here , if you keep a gun in your car KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT ! I don’t think a company can search your car , doesn’t it take a warrant to do that ? I know I wouldn’t let a company rep search my car , and if they tried that gun in the glove box might get used.
The other choice is this , carry it concealed ! again KEEP THY MOUTH SHUT !
and the final choice is , if you do get caught and fired , it’s only a job , you can find another.

Good points Marc. I would point out that company policy for many larger corporations will include clauses on what rights the company has to search or inquire as to the contents of your vehicle. And even though the economy in general is moving pretty well there are segments of the work force and certain “verticals” where business is less than stellar. The choice between ones rights or ones livelihood is a tough one which many must make taking others into consideration rather than themselves (i.e. kids, wife).
