Philadelphia wants candidates to give stance on gun laws
Democrats in Philadelphia still buy the false argument that guns cause crime and want Obama and Hillary to come out in strong support of more anti-gun laws. At the same time they admit it is political suicide for any politician. This is one place McCain has been fairly up and up whereas the Democrat contenders are straddling the fence with the old “it’s your right but there are ‘fair’ restrictions”. Of course what they count on is that each succeeding generation what is “fair” shifts away from Constitutional liberties as the history readily books show.
