Advancing the Domain Registry Nightmare
Because the first step in decentralizing domain name registration went so well they’re talking about taking it even further. Two problems, one is it is a step toward internationalizing an American invention. Second, the inmates are definitely running the domain registry asylum as can easily be seen in the news over the past few years.
I am not a proponent of centralized control by any means but this is one place I am in favor of only that decentralization absolutely necessary to maintain resiliency.
