I’m not really getting the whole corruption per capita thing since other than the House of Representatives the number of political offices isn’t that different from state to state until you get to the Township level. A State’s percentage of political corruption would be better measured as convictions by number of state politicians.

If Blogo is going to jail for offering up for sale an Illinois Senate seat up what are the ramifications for someone who offered Blogo $1 MILLION for it? And if this one was #5 in the list what did candidates 1-4 offer? This is going to get interesting, I’d better go make some popcorn!
