$650 million more sought for digital TV transition
It’s like the switch for the newest reality television show, Who Can Waste The Most Taxpayers Dollars, is premiering in Washington DC.
I have never thought George Bush a fiscal conservative (nor a social one either, but that’s for another post) believe he too spent way too much tax money. To his credit his tax policy grew the economy for several years straight so he did find the extra money he spent.
But the Dems not only spend like drunken sailors, they are notorious for killing the goose running the government presses at Treasury which increases inflation making it harder for lower income people to afford basic goods leading to a call to raise minimum wage and higher taxes on business and… well… a viscous cycle that makes market economies socialist economies - then kaboom!
