A Pentagon review ordered by President Obama has found that Guantanamo Conditions Meet Geneva Conventions. Add to that the determination that “detainees” do not merit the rights of a US citizen pretty much closes the circle on the Obama Administration retaining the policies of President Bush that were so maligned.
