I find it downright comical that one of the cities who’s economy is most damaged by illegal immigration would decide to go after unlicensed dogs rather than “undocumented” people. So what are they going to do with “unlicensed” dogs owned by “undocumented” people? Will they get a free visit to the vet, a free bag of dog chow and a new dog house?
