Settling in

Dora is well acclimated at this point. She’s been making weekly trips to the area pet stores to meet people of the 2 and 4 legged variety. Everyone loves her and her, everyone she meets is a long lost friend.

She even spent a day at the office with me meeting all the people I work with. There were guys off the service desk who gave up their lunch break just to sit on the floor and play with her. Needless to say she made a few friends who are looking forward too her next visit.

The only one so far to not be thrilled to be her friend is the White Witch aka El Gator Blanco…

In the month she’s been here she’s learned to sit, sleep through the night in her kennel, that sticks are tasty as are rawhides and acorns and occasionally me – but we’re working on that last one.

While Ginger gave me serious dirty looks for a couple weeks she seems to only faking them now to keep up appearances. She’s doing her best to turn up the cuteness to compete, too.

They are a couple of busy busy pups!

Play hard – crash hard – often in the middle of play…

And preferably on top of me…

It’s Saturday, about time to go cruise the pet stores…

Her blue really contrasts nicely to Ginger’s well, ginger color, in these pictures. She’s growing too! 😀
