Gun Control Amendment Offered
The usual cast of Democratic senators have offered up a gun control amendment for cybersecurity bill. The amendment would ban the possession or transfer of ammunition feeding holding more than 10 rounds.
Apparently they missed that we had a ban on selling newly manufactured feeding devices of over 10 rounds (as well as semi-automatic rifles they thought looked mean) and it had no effect.
Obviously the failure of that ban was they let us keep what we already had instead of making us turn them all in or going door to door confiscating them… Like that would turn out well…
The amount of complete falsehoods in the media post Aurora, Colorado is astounding. But then if you’ve been active in this fight for long you also know it’s nothing new.
Totally ignored today except by local media is one small incident of thousands that occur in the United States that largely puts the lie to “you don’t *need* a gun” and if the bad guys don’t have guns they can’t do bad things. Case in point legal concealed carry person stops a stabbing spree. What’s ironic is that in England they had to ban knives over a certain size. I’m sure our liberal dolts will propose a knife waiting period and a ban on all “assault knives” shortly…
Oh and there was a knifing in a gun free zone…
