McConnell: Tea Party ‘Bullies’ Who Need Punch in Nose
Friday, November 22nd, 2013And now you know why McConnell is about to get “Primaried” into retirement.
And now you know why McConnell is about to get “Primaried” into retirement.
While McCain is out front of the Senate Republican’s activities (or thinks he his) lets not lose sight of the fact that McCain is losing support in his home state. The survey also shows that 67 percent of Arizona residents believe that the state needs to elect a senator with new ideas and interests, and […]
Chris Christie once again shows no matter the label an Eastern Republican is not a conservative. If anyone tries to foist this guy on the party for the Presidential nomination they’re going to be in for a very rude awakening. At least I hope they are….
The proposed Constitutional Carry Reciprocity is a little different than the National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act in that it takes into account and makes provisions for reciprocity with “Constitutional Carry” states like Vermont (not exactly of hot bed of rabid conservatism mind you) which requires no special permit for non-Felon citizens to carry a concealed firearm. In […]
Yet another example of why McCain didn’t win is the Dietary Supplement Regulatory Bill. McCain, a RINO on a good day, also stands as a touchstone on who in politics, especially Republican politics, got the message in 2009. Sadly at the national level few of them have as demonstrated by their rallying around McCain in […]
As a life long Hoosier I am yet again totally ashamed Senator Dick Lugar is a Hoosier. I’m doubly ashamed that he belongs to the Republican party. The defense spending bill before the Senate contained an amendment to give state issued carry permits the same legal application as every other state issued legal document in […]
Jeb Bush now counts his name among those “Republicans” stating it is time for the GOP to leave Reagan nostalgia behind. Sadly, my own Governor Mitch Daniels has also made such statements. I guess considering Bush Sr. and Reagan were not ideologically aligned (remember “voodoo economics”?) it should be no surprise that the Bush team […]
It is no surprise to this Hoosier Republican that Senator Richard Lugar scored in the Top 10 Senate RINOs, tied with Senator John McCain at an ACU score of 63…
All I can say is don’t let the party platform you’ve ignored for your whole career hit you in the arse on the way out. Oh.. and take Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe with you… I’d love to see 2009 be the year RINOs and those Republicans of convenience become extinct.
In case ya’ll wonder why the Republican base didn’t turn out strong for McCain here is another example of how a government headed by a RINO looks amazingly like the same mess a Democrat would make. Go figure.
